Q - What is the relationship between Our365 Portraits and Our365?
A - Our365 Portraits is an affiliate of Our365. Our365, capturing your baby's first professional photograph, is the leading provider of in-hospital newborn photography in the U.S. and Canada. Our365 Portraits continues to capture your child's quickly changing development with portraits taken in the comfort of your home, starting when your baby is just a few weeks old.

Q - How long has Our365 Portraits been photographing children?
A - Some place out there, sitting on coffee tables, perched on mantles, waiting to be discovered in old photo albums, are the portraits of over five million children that Our365 Portraits has had the honor of photographing since 1948.

Q - What is the range in age of the children you photograph?
A - We specialize in photographing babies and toddlers but all family members, regardless of age, are welcome in a family portrait.

Q - Who is my photographer?
A - Our365 Portrait photographers are professionals trained to work with babies and young children. They are carefully selected for their professionalism and sensitivity to baby and family needs. Our photographers will introduce themselves and show identification when they arrive so that you can feel confident in allowing them into your home. About our in-home photography service

Q - Is there an in-home session fee?
A - No. Your in-home session is complimentary. Even better, you're under no obligation to purchase or pay until after you view the photographs taken. And this you can do in the comfort of your home, at your convenience. We're confident that when you see your child's irresistible and memorable photographs, you'll wish to own them.

Q - How many poses are included in my session?
A - Your session may include between 10-20 poses and will last between 30-45 minutes. We work with your baby's schedule and tolerance to capture a wide array of memorable poses.

Q - How many people can be at my session?
A - Our in-home portrait sessions can accommodate up to 5 people.

Q - Can I have my portrait session outdoors?
A - Your photographer can best control light and other situations inside, resulting in superior, studio-quality portraits. For this reason we only do portraits in your home.

Q - When do I select my portraits?
A - An Our365 Portraits Designer will return to you home within two to three weeks of your in-home session. You'll be able to view your portraits on a large screen laptop and choose your selections from a wide range of professionally enhanced photographs, including color, black & white, antique tones and photo collages.

Q - How much will my portraits cost?
A - We offer a variety of packages to fit every budget and payment options, including personal checks and major credit cards.
