My intial idea was to create a public picture-based mail system in the space, which would encourage people to leave written messages in individual picture-tagged boxes designated for strangers. A survey would be conducted in the first stage via a drop box to determine who would be interested in having their own public mailbox. Headshots would be taken in secret or would be brought by the individual.
