Hot-air Balloon with On-board Oxygen

A group of residents in one mountain habitat decided to build a gigantic hot-air balloon hauling a basket with enough space to hold up to fifteen occupants. Every now and then, the residents will embark on a communal "joy ride" in the big balloon to celebrate their "youth." The balloon is capable of ascending well above some of the highest houses, and breathing assistance via two on-board oxygen tanks and masks is necessary. These joy rides are particularly popular among groups of middle-aged males seeking a release from their anxieties about getting old.
